Quest marker pulsating (above the clock) - Disable option ?

Hi there,

is there a way to disable the quest marker pulsating, it kinda draw my eyes and it's a hassle to click it away at every quest update since the map load is slow af at the current time.

Like, alright i have a quest update, but i also have the quest tracking on the right side, no point in telling me really.

I would also love to know how to turn this notification off.
