How to redeem Supporter Pack on PS5

I bought the Ogham Supporter Pack from the PS5 Store.
I am able to play the Game on PS5 but there are no cosmetics and no coins on my account.
In the shop on the website i have also zero coins.

How is that possible?
Will this be fixed in the next hours/days or did i make a mistake?

In-game go to the Microtransaction shop and click on the option on the left called Buy Points. This should cause your account to sync, and ought to update your mtx point total etc.

(you can then back out of the buy points section)
