Stuck in act 1 the lost lute quest

I have picked up the Lute and returned to the city to give it to the NPC, but the NPC did not give me a reward, the mission has been stuck in spek to una, the logo on the NPC's head has disappeared, there is no dialogue related to the mission, and the game can not be solved by reentering,.
please solve this problem.

Got the same problem... cant talk to Una tried logging in and out, clicking everywhere but nothing helps..
