No ability to remove linked Steam account

I wish to have this account unlinked from Steam and the only thing I am able to do is click on my steam id link. I had followed some of the instructions on the unlinking process however there is no 'remove' button.

have same problem. want to add new steam account but cant remove. I sent ticket hours ago still waiting

You have to email support for that, don't expect it to be quick, I've been waiting a week already for steam unlink and that was before EA released

I have already sent and email to the aforementioned email address but I have since received a notification with the status:
