LOCKED ACCOUNT HELP

I had predownloaded steam getting ready to play and BAM - I cannot connect my steam and poe accounts. Getting this error
You cannot add this login method to this account.
You cannot modify login methods of a locked account.


No problem though, I am just gonna download the standalone launcher AND BAM. Account Locked and I am not getting an email with a code.

PLEASE LET ME PLAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

There are many people with the same problem for more than 10 hours
