Bought Access, no points or items on my account (solved)

-run the game path of exile 1
- when you enter the game on your character, go to menu/Microtransactions/Buy Points and select your pack you purchased, click on it and go back to get everything, in my case it worked.
- then go back to path of exile 2 and enjoy your items and points :)
