Unable to add email and reset password.

I was accessing Path of Exile website using my Steam account, but no email was set on my account. I bought supporter packs and would like to log in on the standalone client, but it is asking for an email and password, which I do not have. What I did was go to the POE website and try to link my email, but it did not send any email so I could create a password. I have also sent an email to support@grindinggear.com, but it has been hours and I still have not received a response. Can someone please help me? Thank you!

I have the exact same problem as you. I cannot add an email to my account. So there is no login for me as well. Please let me know how you resolve this issue.

I have been having a similar issue, unable to update my email from a defunct server to my new email address. I keep trying to change but have never received an email at my current one.

No pint having an early access key if I can't connect it to my current Steam account.

My issue is now resolved. I just went to https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections and added my primary email there. Then I was asked to enter new password. It just took a while before an email was sent to me, almost six hours in my case.
