Changing the linked MS account is not possible

Has anyone ever changed the linked Microsoft account?

Unfortunately, you can't do that on the PoE website. That's why I've removed the link from the old Microsoft account. Unfortunately, my PoE account still says that a Microsoft account is linked.

So now I have no link at all and can't enter a new one. I've already written to support, but I'm afraid they're very busy today.

Can I still buy the EA on my current MS account and link it to the PoE account?
