Using waypoint kicks me out of game

Seems to be a pretty serious issue. Playing on XBox and when using waypoint to go between Clearfell Encampment and the Grelwood, the game keeps crashing. It's been happening on a regular basis and is keeping me from progressing.

Anyone else having this issue?
