Option to remove low health screen indicator

Maybe I´m blind but I couldn´t find an option in the menu to turn off the blood (?) texture that covers half the screen when I get hit or my life gets low.
I have a huge health pool display in my bottom left corner already, I do not need more stuff covering up my screen just to tell me something I´m already aware of.

PLEASE tell me I missed this option in the menu somewhere.

If not, please add an option to disable this effect. It´s distracting and I don´t like it at all.
I would also like to request an option to disable the heart bumping sound and controller feedback when on low life, in case this doesn´t exist. Those arent as bad, but I´m almost certain I´ll get sick of it before long

Agree, every time I get hit by anything it flashes! Made me log out and wait for the option to turn it off.

This effect is INCREDIBLY annoying if you are using a low HP build like shield build with Demon Stitcher gloves.

This needs to be a feature ASAP, both screen and sound effects.
