Cannot complete quest - "A dirty Job" because the last enemy is stuck inside a Crimson Iron Spire

Hello everyone,

With PoE 2 now available for early access, I decided to try out the first game that was free to see how the game would feel but I have gotten to the quest "A dirty job" and I can not complete it because the last enemy is stuck inside a Crimson Iron Spire as shown in the below screenshot.

I've tried everything I can think of to try to reload the area to try to get it unstuck from just exiting and entering to entirely closing and re-opening the game and it is still in the same spot.

If there is some way to maybe reload this from the administrative side. It would be greatly appreciated as with the quest completion requirement being to "defeat all enemies" I can not currently do this. I've tried using various attacks as well as the AOE of "Frost Bomb" but nothing seems to be able to hit it.
