How is the game's performance on low-mid end systems?

Thinking of getting EA, but not sure how well it will run. My specs:

i5-9300H
GTX 1660-Ti
16GB RAM

I'm pretty new to POE in general, but within the first 2 acts of POE 1 I've been getting 60-80 FPS without using AMD's FSR (I'll probably try FSR out).

Any input would be appreciated. How does the game run in general compared to the first?
