Poe2 early access cd key issue

I was given a early access poe2 key.

When I go to put it in it says account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. So I go to shop and redeem and it says invalid key.

Any help would be awesome. Thank you.

Also the screenshot with key was sent to me so I know it is being typed in correctly and not used.
