Sun Clan Relic doesn't drop.

Hi. I've been stuck in act 2 for last 2 hours due to this stupid and brain-dead quest where items for progression are locked behind a random drop. I had to look up guides on the internet, which tell me that you should drop Sun Relic first, but I dropped the Kabala one, and currently refarming Mostadon zone for 4th time hoping that I will drop the Sun relic.
