WASD vs keyboard&mouse keybinds

you can't keybind bound skills and such to non alphanumeric keys when you are WASD. but if you choose keyboard and mouse you can (but you can't move with WASD).

can we please have the ability to assign non alphanumeric hotkeys for wasd like you can with keyboard and mouse? specifically i cannot bind /*-. (for use with mouse thumb buttons).

WASD is the lord's input so i need to use that for sure click movement is for savages. thank you.
