Steam Refund - repurchased - worked - now not working

So, I got a refund from steam for the game. Repurchased the game again and I logged in and everything worked perfectly. Created a character and go to level 4. Had to take my minions to a basketball game and when I returned to log in and play after they went to bed, I'm getting the access error again. The error that I currently don't have early access and to purchase it again. Anyone else have this issue? Beyond annoyed
