Where is my unlock verification email...?

I can't get my verification email,please help.

Same - it never arrives. I cannot login on Steam or the PoE client - it says I have no rights despite buying the EA key via the website and activating it on Steam. I cannot login to the PoE stand alone client or Steam as of this post.
