Emails not being sent to me to unlock

i am not reseving ANY emails for anything to unlock or link or ANYTHING.... all my friends are getting WAY ahead of me and i CANT DO A THING BECAUSE OF LACK OF EMAILS..... But i tried to see if i can spend money on a locked email.. (password worked just fine to Website but not in game) I then got a email in less then 30 seconds saying how you got my money....... PLZ SEND A CODE SO I CAN PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS.

i have tried to remain calm but its at a point after reciving a email that you took my money in 30 seconds that im starting to lose my mind
