Supporter Pack

I bought the 60 dollar supporter pack on ps5 and i dont know how to redeem the cosmetics and points. Any ideas?

Same here I Purchased Faridun supporter pack on PS5 and only have early access nothing else from the pack.

SAME & support has left me waiting for daya to get a reply, still nothing. From posts Ive seen they wait for people to get frustrated & buy it again, because you can - it feels purposefully set up like cr*p not gonna lie.

Im giving it this week & then Im getting my refund for defective product & Ill use that $ to buy it again 😂 not paying double here for the same thing to not work, I was hoping it was level locked because I have the hideout thingy & it looks great but si far that has not been the case :/

I know every time i had to upgrade the pack i had to purchase on POE 1 and then log into POE 2 to get the cosmetics. That might be the same if you purchased the first couple of packages. You might need to log into POE 1 to get cosmetics in POE 2. Hopefully this helps if you didn't try it yet.

If you go to the shop in the game and it says 0 points, press L1 inside the store until you get to the PlayStation store screen and wait for it to load the packs. This should populate your points. I’m not too sure about the cosmetics since I only purchased the $30 pack which only came with points. Hope this helps everyone.
