Cant play poe 2 because im locked

My Steam account is an old account thats locked for god knows why, and i could never get it unlocked and decided to make a new account to play. well now poe2 doesn't have a logout option so i cant log into my real account. now i'm stuck in a loop of trying to get ahold of ggg (never works), or wasting my money on a game that i'm just going to be locked out of playing.
