$160 Pre Purchase PoE2 PS5 Player HERE

I bought the $160 PoE2 pack with this account, WHICH has an linked email, and THIS IS MY PSN ACCOUNT(according to how I logged in with my PSN and how all the PSN characters show up here). I bought this 4 days ago, you could have given me warning to wait GGG, or at least responded AT ALL besides the receipt from Xsolla.

I'm at a loss of words here, not a single response since December 2nd. I sent an email to see if I could link accounts of old from 2013... I guess I am fine with losing all those microtransactions (Mostly Stash tabs of course). I emailed them early today almost 3 hours before launch asking where I might find my code to log on with my PS5. I KNOW EVERYTHING is under strain but this is simple lack of planning to provide keys, not to mention mass the mass over security issue that most of the community does not understand but I do. It is what it is. You can try to pre-plan to buy and play the game the day of but I guess you may have taken a vacation day off for nothing.
