I know you could play PoE 1 with just buying stash tabs before

But for looking badass you needed to spend some money, except if you earned from leagues over long period of time

But now for fashion, all you might really want is some character effect and weapon effect for some shinyness

Question is if there's a way to add armor skins to the warddrobe
