POE2 max spirit bug?

I did the quest for +30 max spirit and instead my max spirit BECAME 30 and i cannot summon anything anymore.

Just found out that if you remove your scepter it will cause this as your spirt level is tied to the item itself. Thanks PoE Reddit!
