King of Faridun How do I claim rewards

Hi, I purchased the Founders Pack - King of the Faridun version on Ps5. How do I claim rewards? Or will they show up later in the game?

As with many other people you may be seeing the effect where the account is not updated to reflect your new purchase.

You can try to workaround this by re-syncing your account. To do that co to the in-game Microtransaction shop and select the Buy Points option on the left side. This should cause your account to be updated and should trigger your mtx points and cosmetics to appear.
