Requesting Help with Refund Process
Due to work commitments, I am unable to continue playing POE2. I have already submitted a refund request via email to support@grindinggear.com, and the purchase has not yet exceeded 48 hours. Since this is my first time purchasing in Grinding Gear Games, I am not very familiar with the refund process. I am also concerned that if I do not receive a response in time, it might exceed the 48-hour refund window. I kindly ask the staff to assist me with this matter. Thank you very much!

I too make the same request. The game won't let me in, says I have no access, can I just get a refund then?
