Hmm "+1 to level of all chaos spell skills" isn't being applied to skeletal sniper? It's tagged as chaos...

Maybe I'm missing something? Nothing seems to be tagged spell or not spell so how does it define spell? I have low vision so it's possible I'm just not seeing it.

I'm noticing it doesn't apply to essence drain or contagion either, so I think it's bugged, the tooltip isn't showing the change, or I'm misunderstanding how the mod works. It seems to just be weapons, because my +1 all ammy is reflected in the tooltip.
