A person have been invited at random cant kick him

I the game I have bee seeing one person invited in my group named TxJigsaw

I have been able to see him in my group but he dont see me when I tp i got freezed.

I cant kick Him.

Update I cant leave the party when i logout and relog still in the party

When I switched zone, i got out of the group and were able to reinvite my party member

Should I restart my client ?

My friend just join an area and have join a big group
