I cant login "Your account does not have access to POE 2 early access"

Hi,
I checked my account, and it states I DO have early access, but I keep getting the error message "Your account does not have access to POE 2 early access". Can you please help? I purchased the $30 package and might upgrade to the $480 package if I like the game. Thanks. I purchased through your website and playing on steam. I accidently create a new account when loggin instead of linking my poe account now i cant change that option and cant use my poe account

I think I am having the same issue, I created new ID thinking I can use new ID for steam instead of linking old account.

So, I tried to link to steam from PoE website and got to the part where it says I need to check my email to complete the process, but I have been waiting for a while and received no email.

I am having the a similiar experience. I have purchased early access and tried to link my account but the email never came. Now that option is no longer available and it says that I have not purchased it when I have and have all the emails and codes and the access key itself. This is a major F up by GGG. This should not be such an issue. I have requested a refund for wasting my time and money.

It's understandable to be frustrated, but we should know what we're in for, this is not a completed game, just treat it's like an invitational beta. Just consider what we paid is for supporting this project. I wish I could play, but I am not really mad at the devs, just give them some time to flesh things out.

It looks like the devs have acknowledged the issue and are trying to fix it, all we can do now is wait, might as well watch some twitch for the twitch drops.
