Xbox bugs

Seems after the latest update there is no sound coming from the cutscene at the beginning of opening the game also there seems to also be issues with the options menu as DEFAULT under input tab(at the bottom) it saying “one or more actions not set “ in a red banner. Also there’s issues saving my settings because after save it will revert back to what it was before the save.
