stunning titan - okkish starter choice?

Good afternoon,

Im not much of a poe expert which is why i ask.

Do you think stunning Titan might be kind of okk?

with a 2h mace and all these stun buildup + 50% more from small passives?

I dont want to get severly discouraged on my first character.
