Bought the faridun supporter issue

hi I bought faridun supporter pack yesterday and haven’t received any of the item and it doesn’t show here in my account as purchased pack

I am having the same issue with the $60 pack.

Same with the 100 dollar pack here on the PS5.

Same issue here, no coin, no cosmetics.
I'm assuming they are working on the store also because the featured tab in the mtx just says loading (never loaded for me).
I don't think that you would have to progress to a certain part in the campaign to receive the items, but other games have gone with this method.
Anyhow I look forward to seeing what the response will be.... I'm goong to check the xb and pc threads for this, then back to gaming.

Same issue i bought the faridum pack and i did not get the points or cosmetics.

I got early access thats all.

And i can still buy the pack a second time…

Same got 100€ pack and only got EA

I was able to get the cosmetics by logging into poe1 on ps4 version, then log back in in poe2. But i did not get the coins… i even bought a 50 coin pack but still no coins… not even the 50 i just bought.
