Payment method failed / payment cannot be completed

I already made a support ticket, but I haven't seen anyone else post about this so I wanted to see if it's because there's something wrong with Xsolla or the store maybe?

I tried to upgrade my supporter edition, and it gives me this error *title* every time I try to purchase.
