Lock account and ps5

Hi there!

I am currently facing an issue when trying to link my account with my ps5.
I have the following message:

"You cannot add this login method to this account.
You must complete the unlock process before continuing."

I check at my email, and it seems that my account was once locked in 2020. I played athousand of hours and had unlocked it. Could it be a migration issue?

Dealing with the same thing but my account had a warning that there was suspicious activity and was requesting a person change at first. Changed it and then tried linking and got what you are getting. Simple search led me to having to email support. Initial response time was 1 day so be patient.

Not a person change….a pw change! Dang autocorrect!!!!
