Not coin in my account

Hello, I bought a package for $30 on ps5 and I didn't get the coins for it. In addition, I cannot enter the store on your website because it is not available. Please help

Open POE 1 game then option to poe point shop and select buy more coin, this will add the coin to your account.

I bought thr 99 dollar supporter pack via the playstation pstore on the ps5, yesterday.i
in the game today i show zero points in the game .

I tried the suggestion above with no positive result. I have no idea if tthe problem is with GGG system or Playstation.

I hope someone at GGG can pipe in on the issue. I know they are swamped

i have this same issue on PS5. no points or items available

I bought the 50 points on POE1 and then everything showed up

The game automatically picked PC account when creating characters.. (it doesn't even show account name at this point) so that character is on PC account & can't access MTX. Hope there is a fix...

Same, it's odd, I play on both, so I ordered the $60 Ogham pack on PS5 (my primary) and the $30 on Steam.

What's puzzling is on the steam subaccount - I have 600 coins, and no items, on my PS5 account I have 0 coins, 0 items. Feels like something got mixed up here.

Hope there's a solution here, but sure seems like short of buying 50 points, PS5 folks can't see their supporter rewards at all?

I can confirm this behavior. I purchased the 30$ pack for PS5 and got no points.
