From my understanding yes you need to buy it on the other platforms to play it as of now. Of course when it launches and is free then everything should work cross-platform. If you have your accounts linked. I could be wrong.

I bought 160$ pack on pc but in the poe message there is no dedicated code that i can use for ps5. Is there any way i can cross progress without paying for ps5 client?

i bought the supporter pack on PC and got the steam code, but i wish to play on console as well, the link provided doesn't show any PS5 Code and on console there is only option to buy the pack unlocking the early acccess again, hope to get some info from GGG - Do we actually have to buy the supporter pack twice, to get a game that would eventually be free on both platforms?

I have same question... so If I have connected account of Steam and PS5 I though I will be able to download/play on PS5 but looks like this is not possible without buying again...
