Post EA Carry Over

I can't recall, and failed at hunting the information down, anyone able to tell me if characters and/or items carry over after EA is over? I just want to know if I'm safe to blow through currency without concern (since it all gets binned), or if I should plan on at least a modest stockpile to carry into future acts after full release.

Early Access characters will go to their own little EA graveyard, separate of what will be Standard.

all the microtransactions you buy will continue after EA... in fact, they are also usable in POE1 right now as well.
As the previous poster said, any characters you create will go into a special graveyard "EA league" instead of the normal pattern of them ending up in "Standard League". EA league will be will be playable, but GGG isn't making any promises about things not breaking. |

Guilds and their features may carry over into full release though. Depending probably whether you can already buy stash for the new guilds in poe2.
