You will need to buy a separate EA pack on each platform. Once you do then its cross prog.

sadly i don t think it will be possible before the real launch. i have same issue on Xbox. In my opinion they should have made a pack, even for 60 dol to play on both but with a skin. like the first upgrade for 60 dol give you the opportunity to play on 2 plateform of your choice!
