Download On Steam not available ?

Hi Guys i bought a supporter pack for poe 2 and when i went to claim it on the site it says claim key for epic store or steam, now the steam one says it is currently unavailable where as epic is saying claim key. I want to download on steam is there any reason why steam is saying unavailable on poe website in my account section.

It's possible that they've run out of an allocated amount of generated keys for the product on Steam and need to get allocated more before they can issue them again. Another possibility is that their website is failing to communicate with Steam due to network issues. Might want to report this as a Bug in the other forum section for that.
