Xbox new update as of approx one hour ago, no update on Xbox available.

Got the 96GB pre load a week ago, the 56 pre launch update yesterday but just an hour ago (assume due to intro sound bugs etc) got a update required notification in game (kicking me from the queue) yet none is available on XBox.
Has the update been certified and do we have an ETA on it being available?
