Can't purchase early access on ps5

I've tried to purchase the early access pack on ps5 and it keeps saying "unknown error occurred. Try again in a few moments" . It doesn't matter which pack or where I try to purchase it, it keeps sending that same error message.

Does your payment card work or has it expired? Check that because I got a new mastercard a few months back and forgot to add new detail on my account, got the same error then but udating my details on card solved it.

Nope. That is not the problem. It's a PlayStation thing I think. I was hoping someone else would know what's going on

you could try buying it on the playstation store on the website instead. Might be easier to figure out what's happening. And select the right region beforehand https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP4781-PPSA21416_00-SP00710000000001

Credit card being ok. What I did was changing into another credit card and works at the first try. GG exile, Its time to hunt! |
