Liberator of wraeclast not available

Hi i recently purchased the king of faridun pack for ps5 because the liberator of wraeclast is not available
When and where can i buy it and i know about pack upgrades, im worried sony will charge me an additional 370 again if i were to buy wraeclast?

After buying a pack if you want to upgrade do it from the Ingame MTX store and not PSN, that way you will only get charge the upgrade fee

^This^ Check my titles for proof. I play on PS5 Pro myself, and I had to buy them in PoE1 (PS5) to get it to work, but that's another story.

So let me get this straight. Not only do PS5 users not get the physical items that PC users get (or extra points for opting out), but we don't get the extra early access keys either??!
