Is the early access pack refundable through steam?

Is the early access pack for POE 2 refundable on Steam if I can't run it properly? Also, is the game well-optimized, or should I wait? My PC doesn't meet its minimum requirements, but I can run other demanding games, like Elden Ring or games with requirements far above mine and POE 2, at around 60 FPS.

Youll most likely be able to play, but it wont be a super optimal experience.

As for refunds it may not be refundable on steam unless you purchased on steam. If you did then you are in luck and Steam is pretty good about refunding.

For starters though I would just hold on and wait. This is an early access game and there will be a bit of pain for a few days.
If you want an opinion here, post your main-memory size and GPU.

I would not assume you can refund from steam, because you're not really purchasing the "Game", you are purchasing 300 credits in microtransaction coins, the game key is "Free" along with it... and I don't think virtual currency purchases are refundable?

If you are truly concerned, I'm sure sometime Friday or Saturday people will post videos on youtube how POE2 performs on everything from a toaster to a steamdeck to your dream gaming PC.

I have 16GB of RAM and a Vega 11 GPU, which is about 3x weaker than the minimum requirement. While Elden Ring has slightly higher minimum specs than Path of Exile 2, I'm unsure how well optimized it is. Despite this, I can play Elden Ring at 60 FPS with 1280x720 resolution and the lowest settings.
