Then it should be fine. I am scratching my head as to why you are getting that message.
Any antivirus/security program that interferes? Try downloading the installer again, and before clicking on it, right-click > properties > allow (from unknown source) > OK Run installer again. Does the same thing happen? 😹😹😹😹😹

Just realized, that I can't run other some programs aswell with same message, so will try to figure why is that, so seems like it's my side.

It sounds as if it's some type of security software that is prohibiting you from installing. Is your PC account a Standard User or Admin account? Admin privileges might be required.
