Steam Deck / Controller Zoom bindings for POE 1?

I cannot find any way to zoom on the Steam Deck when using the controller default, even when I adjust it to make buttons the scroll wheel or to turn a track pad into a mouse. It seems like if the game has you in controller mode, there is absolutely no way to zoom.

Is there a way to Zoom with controller/SD that I'm just missing?

Will POE 2 hopefully have this feature if POE 1 doesn't?
