Anyone out there theory crafting?

I could use a hand theory crafting from anyone who has some knowledge or at least wants to learn a bit more like myself. I have excel spreadsheets open, poe2db, poe2skills.com and a handful of other resources I'm juggling to try and craft a decent build for funsies. I keep running into some snags when it comes to how certain skills/supports/spirit gems effect one another.

Some of my questions are things such as "does lightning damage gain damage from accuracy" in regards to a ranger using a bow. I have a load more questions.

I just followed builds and tweaked them for hardcore on poe 1 and manged decently. Hoping to up my game for poe 2 and take my knowledge leagues further.
