Nvidia New Drivers

Who's excited for the launch of tomorrow?

Has anyone DL'd the new drivers ? I saw a notice earlier about them and wanted to get others opinions before I take the plunge.

Who's going to be the hero?

Is there any reason why you wouldn't download the drivers?

It specifically includes support for PoE2, btw.

This reddit post doesn't look very appealing. Hence why I asked. I'm going to wait until I see that nobody else is having problems with poe 2 before I download it personally. Just because they're specifically aimed at improving poe 2 performance doesn't mean they'll be without issues/bugs.

I have the new driver and zero problems with it.
I installed it earlier, no issues
never change a running system => goes to the nvidia driver
never run a changing system => goes to ggg :-)
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
No problem for me when I installed drivers.

However the same problem happened to me a few weeks back installing one of nvidias previous drivers (screen went black, pc not responding so had to reboot)

Nice shout! I had an update for NVIDIA App so the new driver notification that I would normally receive I didn't get. I'm updated now and ready to go!
From the driver notes:

Further support for new titles leveraging DLSS technology includes Path of Exile 2

Nice!
Not a chance. I've personally experienced the horrors of driver hell on a couple of occasions, and I just can't risk it happening this time. Not with POE2. I've waited too long for this game.

In a couple of days, sure.
