error purchasing PoE2 supporter pack

Trying to purchase a PoE2 supporter pack but it keeps failing with some generic error and says to try again but then trying again gives the same generic error. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this just massive server congestion? Something else?

I was just trying to upgrade my pack but when i try to pay with PayPal i just get some colorful symbols circling in the middle of the screen endlessly and it wont progress. After a long while i get a empty white bar at the top of the screen.

Maybe the servers are melting down with all the money they are receiving. They are taking in so much money they don't even want my money! :(

So I'm getting the same "temporary" error with 2 different credit cards and now it says I have exceeded my max attempts. I tried to create a ticket with xsolla but it's asking me for a transaction number to submit a ticket?? WTH is a transaction number? Where do I get that? o.O

For what it's worth i was able to upgrade my pack with PayPal now.

I couldn't keep trying because it locked me out of attempting to submit charges anymore. I still have not gotten a response from anyone on my ticket, either so I tried using Paypal instead and was able to complete it that way. Thanks for the update.

Hi i bought the game almost 3 weeks ago and i played 10 hours. now i am opining the game from steam. it is opining but when i try to log in, the game says you don't have early access, you need porches but i did this game is in my steam library and i played. can you help me about that. thanks
