Awareness to a bad situation
I'd just like to bring awareness to a situation I'm having at the moment. As I think you can see (not 100% sure what the forums show) I'm a voidborn supporter, a top tier supporter pack from the past.
According to GGG statements purchasing this top tier supporter pack qualifies me for an Early Access key. My account says I'm not eligible and I've messaged their support several times with screenshots proving my purchase etc. However I just keep getting this copy/paste "can't help, give us more money to play" response. That's very strange, because that pack alone was $480 and meets the entry threshold.
The only thing that I can think of is that whatever currency you used to buy it, didn't exchange at exactly 480 in dollar amount. But even that seems unlikely. I would just keep on at them in the hope that a more astute member of support understands your situation. |

Thankfully a member of staff on the forum has seen my plea of desperation and sent my stuff on to a upper member of staff so thank you very much to that staff member.
I'd find it totally bizarre if it's a conversion issue because I used GBP. I have just received my access to the Early Access as I was writing this message. Thank you again to that forum staff member for doing in 20 minutes what I couldn't do all day. I'm very grateful. |

I have the same issue. I have spent the minimum required amount back in 2019 and received the same response from support. Not sure what to do at this point.

" What I did was put what was going on with me in the Help > Information section of the forum. My post was deleted as I talked about what was going on between me and the customer support people. Which is a disgrace btw that they're not even looking into it for us. Then a member of staff sent my issue to an upper member of staff who sorted it all out for me. If you're sure you're eligible I'd try that. |

" I also had asked to log a formal official complaint with the customer support people. If you are definitely eligible. Spent the required $480 all on one account and platform then do not stand for them fobbing you off. Come at them from as many angles as you can until someone listens. |

I spent $555 USD on POE on one console in 2019, all on PS4 for the Crucible Supporter Pack, Sunspire Pack and a 10 and 5 dollar pack. My response from support was a copy/paste look at the FAQ. I suppose I'll wait until tomorrow once all invites should out by then but I don't have my hopes up.
I assume this has something to do with Playstation supporter packs but that's a guess. I will escalate this if needed. Thank you for the advice and I am glad yours got sorted out! |
