Cinematics start without sound

Good morning,

Just started POE2 on Xbox and it now takes you to the cinematics, which is great. Unfortunately sound didnt play/load on xbox.

Once the cinematics are done, or skipped, sound is there with the well known gears and leader music.

Might be nothing, might be something.

Edit: extra info, i was streaming to laptop since telly was in use :)

Just the cinematic is without sound.

Mine had sound but the encoding made it look terible

Found the issue.

Cinematics was on 0 in sound settings. Adjusted this, saved and restarted. Now sounds on cinematics.

I didnt think i changed this myself so prob in the client

The same thing on my xbox too. Cinematic sound is set to zero to begin with. Sure it'll be fixed in the first update before launch. Usually get a little launch patch on consoles

Same here with the sound and also the video quality was awful. Looks like some issue with the encoding.

This is the same for me playing with a normal setup on the Series X.

The Cinematics Volume level is set to zero by default on Xbox for some reason. They should probably change that.

+1 to this. Playing on Xbox Series X and no sound on the opening cinematic.
