Is there a way to know when and if sigil of power is at its max stages?

" ground visual changes, and if you open up your stats you can tell, but no, there is no easy icon indicator unfortunately. It takes a min. of 3 seconds to reach max stage, so if your spamming a decently high cost skill, you can assume you are at max stage after 3 seconds “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”
